Refund and Returns Policy

Other World Clothing Co. Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Other World Clothing Co. We want you to love your purchases, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Here is our return policy:

  1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return items. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition in which you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.
  3. Non-returnable Items: Please note that gift cards, sale items, and certain health and personal care items are non-returnable.
  4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
  5. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Send your item to: Other World Clothing Co.

  6. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
  7. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [email protected] or call us at 304-882-2544.
  8. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].
